- "The background for this innovative system was born from the pain of my own experiences of what may go wrong when human mistakes become too costly," says CEO Thomas Wolf of NextCom Group.

- "Our goal has been to develop a system that gives companies complete control and zero human error. It is ambitious, but I believe we have done it by the reactions from pilot companies," says Wolf.

Statements from companies, especially telecom operators as MTU and Ucan2.no, are also profuse. For example, Ucan2.no had employees adopt NextCom Evolution in February and believe to have increased their efficiency and control over customer follow-up significantly.

In addition to the CRM - Customer Care and follow-up in terms of sales and service, every aspect of a company`s tasks are managed and merged. Finance, personal management, safety, billing, payroll, and other administrative tools are integrated in a user-friendly way. NextCom also offers outsourcing of their call centres in 2009.
