BOARD AND MANAGEMENT

The Board of NextCom Group, Development and Concept (identical in every company) will be replaced with a "professional" board.

The people behind the "new" board will have major market / industrial influence, and will start their efforts to provide, and adjust the top leadership with the necessary key personnel.

INDUSTRY- AND MARKET COUNCIL

The Council will act as a support panel to NextCom Development, as well as, a critical and essential guide for the development team.

The Market Council will consist of one representative from each NextCom Partner. The Council will be a support for NextCom Holding by being a significant contributor to the work of the R&D department.
